The terroir of Mont Ventoux is a remarkable playground for rising talents. It is a rich and promising environment that extends a warm welcome to a young generation with a thirst for renewal.
Our mission is to reinforce the collective spirit today by offering better support to the winegrowers (mentoring, training, etc.) and also to attract and help new, young talents to establish themselves durably in our appellation.
Our everyday actions: helping new arrivals with appropriate tools, developing relations with local wine schools, accompanying the graduates of schools of excellence, internships, studies and dissertations.
Winemakers since the beginning of the 20th century, the Soard family has been established for four generations in Beaumes de Venise and operates a 40hectares vineyard producing Muscat de Beaumes de Venise, red Beaumes de Venise, Ventoux and Vacqueyras.
Since 1925, the SYLLA cave has grouped together 110 winemakers and offers a range of Luberon and Ventoux PDO wines, with organic and reasoned vintages from parcels and domains
Nestled between the Dentelles de Montmirail and the shadow of Mont Ventoux, the 10-hectare Domaine du Colibri stretches around Caromb. Using reasoned agriculture, the vineyard produces 5 vintages of Ventoux PDO wine with a great finesse.

Chêne Bleu wines are made at La Verrière, a beautiful wine estate with a medieval feel, nestling high in the Dentelles de Montmirail, just beyond the village of Crestet. Wine-tourism services include country lunches and takeaway picnics.
Created in 1924, the Cave La Romaine is one of the very fi rst winegrowing
cooperatives in Vaucluse. Today, 280 winegrowers belong to it who work
diligently to produce a wide range of Rhône Valley appellations.
The Mas des Maillets is located in Malaucène at the foot of Mont Ventoux. This family polyculture estate produces VENTOUX AOP wines as well as cherries, apricots, plums and dessert grapes. Our vineyard mostly occupies sunny hillside terraces.
The Domaine de Mas Caron is located in the heart of 12 hectares of the main varieties of Ventoux PDO vines. It offers 2 Ventoux vintages: red and rosé, a 100% Caladoc PGI Vaucluse vintage and a vin de France aged 1 year in oak barrels.
The Domaine de Font Alba is a wine tourism estate located between Apt and Rustrel, offering a winegrower’s trail, a tasting cellar, cellar tours (booking required) and accommodation in the heart of the vineyards in a guest room or gîte.
