Our mission is to reinforce the collective spirit today by offering better support to the winegrowers (mentoring, training, etc.) and also to attract and help new, young talents to establish themselves durably in our appellation.
Our everyday actions: helping new arrivals with appropriate tools, developing relations with local wine schools, accompanying the graduates of schools of excellence, internships, studies and dissertations.

Created in 2003, TerraVentoux is a cooperative cellar located on the southern terroir of Ventoux producing red, white and rosé wines with organic and biodynamic vintages. It is the first cooperative winery in France to implement biodynamic agriculture.
The estate is located in St Hippolyte le Graveyron. We produce AOC Ventoux and AOC Muscat de Beaumes de Venise organic wines. The estate also produces olive oil.

At Domaine de Marotte, Daan and Elvire Vandykman, have been producing characteristic wines, which excel in quality, since 1998. The wines are produced in the most natural way possible.
The vineyard is at an altitude of nearly 350 m and benefits from cool nights that are conducive to a slow ripening of the grapes. Worked organically, the main grape varieties are grenache and syrah. Picnic and/or wine and cheese pairing by appointment.
