Clauvallis, les Vignerons Paysans

In the mountains of Vaucluse, on the heights of Pernes, Malemort, Saint-Didier and the hilltop villages of Beaucet, La Roque, Saumane, Venasque, for 100 years, we, the peasant winegrowers of Clauvallis, have been cooperating to write the history of the vine in the Ventoux.
Our know-how is expressed through the rigorous selection of terroirs and winemaking methods combining ancestral art with the most sophisticated techniques.
In a permanent concern for an agriculture that is ever more respectful of its environment and people, in a climate swept by the Mistral and generously sunny, for several generations, we have been contributing to biodiversity.
