Domaine les Chancel

The 12 hectares of vines are planted on terraces or in wooded enclosures bathed in light. They are worked without any pesticides, like gardens. The harvest is entirely manual, the vinification is natural, privileging infusion over extraction in order to let the aromas, the color and the terroir express themselves. But the Chancels also have a desire to share, a curiosity and a permanent questioning, an attention to detail to propose a new generation of wines that will not be forgotten.
