The terroir of Mont Ventoux is a remarkable playground for rising talents. It is a rich and promising environment that extends a warm welcome to a young generation with a thirst for renewal.
Our mission is to reinforce the collective spirit today by offering better support to the winegrowers (mentoring, training, etc.) and also to attract and help new, young talents to establish themselves durably in our appellation.
Our everyday actions: helping new arrivals with appropriate tools, developing relations with local wine schools, accompanying the graduates of schools of excellence, internships, studies and dissertations.

Owned by Maison Gabriel Meffre, Domaine de Longue Toque has been nestled in the heart of the Gigondas vineyards at the foot of the majestic Dentelles de Montmirail since 1918. The staff at the cellar will be delighted to welcome you to this exceptional site.
The vineyard is at an altitude of nearly 350 m and benefits from cool nights that are conducive to a slow ripening of the grapes. Worked organically, the main grape varieties are grenache and syrah. Picnic and/or wine and cheese pairing by appointment.

As the name of the estate suggests, there’s a close relationship between wind and wine here. While sampling a Ventoux wine, you’ll learn to recognise the Ventoureso or the Tramontano. We also sell heirloom wheat flour.
The Domaine Vintur was the very first tasting cellar set up by the Ribas family in the 1960s. Beautiful, contemporary-style architecture and wonderful location, nestled between the Dentelles de Montmirail and the Massif du Ventoux.
Located in the heart of the family domain amidst olive trees, vines and cherry orchards, we welcome you all year round to taste our produce (tours of the estate should be booked in advance).
The vineyard is at an altitude of nearly 350 m and benefits from cool nights that are conducive to a slow ripening of the grapes. Worked organically, the main grape varieties are grenache and syrah. Picnic and/or wine and cheese pairing by appointment.
