The terroir of Mont Ventoux is a remarkable playground for rising talents. It is a rich and promising environment that extends a warm welcome to a young generation with a thirst for renewal.
Our mission is to reinforce the collective spirit today by offering better support to the winegrowers (mentoring, training, etc.) and also to attract and help new, young talents to establish themselves durably in our appellation.
Our everyday actions: helping new arrivals with appropriate tools, developing relations with local wine schools, accompanying the graduates of schools of excellence, internships, studies and dissertations.
Owned by Maison Gabriel Meffre, Domaine de Longue Toque has been nestled in the heart of the Gigondas vineyards at the foot of the majestic Dentelles de Montmirail since 1918. The staff at the cellar will be delighted to welcome you to this exceptional site.
Le Domaine de Fondrèche se reparti sur 70 hectares entre 200 et 400 mètres d’altitude, 50 hectares de vignes travaillés en agriculture biologique et 20 hectares de bois afin de renforcer un écosystème par un engagement écologique total.
At the foot of Mount Ventoux, Thierry Delassales has spent seven years passionately cultivating his 12-hectare vineyard basking in the sun. He uses organic methods that are respectful of both the vine and the environment.
Organically farmed for 25 years, we produce a varied range of red, rosé and white wines. Fourteen hectares of a lively and rich terroir, cultivated by Anne-Marie and Jean-Luc in a modern cave, on a small scale.
At the Beaumont du Ventoux winegrowers’ cooperative, the shop sells a wide range of red, rosé and white wines from the PDO Ventoux and PGI Méditerranée vineyards. Wine tasting 7 days a week and, in summer, vineyard tours and various events.
Alfie’s Red is a Ventoux AOP wine, a blend of 50% Grenache and 50% Syrah, sourced from vines aged 50+ and 70+ years, and named after our beloved French Bulldog Alfie. It reflects the warmth and passion we have for both him and this wine. We hope you enjoy “his” wine as much as we do.
The son of a farmer, Jérôme has always had a taste for working the land. Domaine Daumas has won several medals for its different vintages, and in 2019 will be awarded the organic label.

The Mas Caron estate is set in 12 hectares of vines planted with the main grape varieties of the Ventoux PDO. It offers 2 Ventoux cuvées: red and rosé, a 100% Caladoc cuvée in IGP Vaucluse and a Vin de France aged for 1 year in oak barrels.
The vineyard is at an altitude of nearly 350 m and benefits from cool nights that are conducive to a slow ripening of the grapes. Worked organically, the main grape varieties are grenache and syrah. Picnic and/or wine and cheese pairing by appointment.

This smallholding has been in the family for several generations and is today managed by Julien & Line. In 2018, the estate, located in Le Barroux, was renamed the Domaine JULLINE to promote a new product: wine.
Created in 2007 by Even Bakke, this family-run estate produces AOC Ventoux wines organically (certified in 2012). Today, the estate produces wines on 18 hectares with the utmost respect for the environment.
