The terroir of Mont Ventoux is a remarkable playground for rising talents. It is a rich and promising environment that extends a warm welcome to a young generation with a thirst for renewal.
Our mission is to reinforce the collective spirit today by offering better support to the winegrowers (mentoring, training, etc.) and also to attract and help new, young talents to establish themselves durably in our appellation.
Our everyday actions: helping new arrivals with appropriate tools, developing relations with local wine schools, accompanying the graduates of schools of excellence, internships, studies and dissertations.
The Clauvallis winegrowers invite you to sample their wines full of character. Well-balanced, elegant and soft in the mouth, they accompany our selection of local products. Find them in our tasting cellar or during our wine-tasting workshop for beginners.

Family estate owned by the Marreau family for over a century (fourth generation of winemakers). This 45-hectare estate in the Ventoux protected designation of origin faces due south on the sunny slopes of the Monts de Vaucluse.
The tasting cellar is built into the sandstone inside a building of ashlar. The Vaute family specialise in Muscat de Beaumes wines but also invite you to taste their red and rosé wines.
In 2017, brothers and wine-growers, Jérémy and Jonathan, the 5th generation of the Casado family, took over the running of the estate, producing the first Domaine le Coustalas wines.

Alfie’s Red is a Ventoux AOP wine, a blend of 50% Grenache and 50% Syrah, sourced from vines aged 50+ and 70+ years, and named after our beloved French Bulldog Alfie. It reflects the warmth and passion we have for both him and this wine. We hope you enjoy “his” wine as much as we do.
