A brilliant yet discreet winemaker of the Beaumes-de-Venise appellation, Thomas JULLIEN has been vinifying wines by terroir and soil origin since 2006, without adding oenological products, and with great delicacy. The wines produced are refined, precise, and intense, with a mineral quality reminiscent of the Dentelles, at whose foot the vineyards flourish. From Ventoux to Beaumes-de-Venise, all the cuvées stand as reliable values.
In 2020, his wife Sophie joined the adventure, developing wine tourism to share their passion. Together, they preserve this rich heritage, reintroducing forgotten grape varieties and promoting a lifestyle centered around "good food and good wine."
