Our team proposes a range of treatments and sports activities to give yourself a well-deserved break and stimulate all five senses, savour the plenitude of total well-being and fitness.

The SPA has:
- water relaxation space with a heated pool, massaging water, swan neck, salt grotto (unique in the region), Hammam, Finnish Sauna, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, cardio fitness, solarium.
- A massage centre and treatments, with 3 double booths, 7 single booths, an LPG treatment area, manucure, infra-red sauna, affusion shower, and balneotherapy.
- Whole body cryotherapy.
- Nutritional consultations with licensed nutritionist.
- Sports activities with instructors: aqua-bike, aquagym, yoga-ft, private coach.
We are accredited: SPA de France & Spa A.

- Our Restaurant le Hangar n°1 serves healthy cuisine that is nutritional and creative, using fresh seasonal products. The restaurant opens onto the outdoors, and is open to all, whether SPA clients or not.

- A residential area with 6 villas with private pool, 3 guest rooms and 7 residence-hotel suites.
