The SILVAIN family opens the doors of its nougaterie, which has been awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label, where the team makes nougats, calissons, cookies and cakes that sublimate almonds, honey and the best of the Provencal terroir. Descended from a line of farmers, the SILVAIN family produces almonds and lavender honey while working with local farmers. Come and take a refreshing break in the heart of the charming village of Saint-Didier, around the ice-cream parlour and our sweet counter.

For the Silvain family, nougat has been a passion for over 40 years, starting with Pierre, Philippe and their wives, who are all Paysans- Nougatiers.

Throughout the year, take part in guided tours and workshops to discover the history of our family business, learn about our artisanal production methods and taste our specialities.

THE "PAYSANS NOUGATIERS" CHAIN
In 2015, the SILVAIN family set up the Filière Paysans-Nougatiers, a network of almond and honey producers in the surrounding départements, to supplement family production and make a good nougat as local as possible.
