2021 Vintage
This period is the climax of an entire year spent tending and working the vines.
The harvests began in early September for the winegrowers of the appellation.
The volumes harvested are historically low for this 2021 vintage which was marked by episodes of exceptional weather conditions (frost, hail, and rain). But the quality looks set to make the grade.
