A rare and preserved terroir for exceptional wines: an estate situated at an altitude of 580 metres nestled in a protected valley between Mont Ventoux and the other Vaucluse Mountains.

The vineyard is worked in organic polyculture, guaranteeing the presence of natural yeasts in the grapes which ensure a perfect fermentation.

From the choice of the varietals through to the arrival of the grapes in the cellar, everything is determined by the soil. Nature has taken care of this earth, giving it water and a good exposure, with a varied biotope of the soil, and sun levels depending on the hillsides which allow us to adapt and grow a multitude of varietals.

The vineyard is worked in organic polyculture, guaranteeing the presence of natural yeasts in the grapes which ensure a perfect fermentation.
The cellar was designed so that gravity could be used in all the different winemaking processes to respect the quality and integrity of the product and the upstream work. The cellar has three communicating floors, with gravity assisting all the processes from the arrival of the grapes in the cellar to the storage of the wine bottles.

The Les Davids wine estate counts around 20 varietals, which are harvested and sorted by hand. It produces 9 wines divided into 4 ranges, and a total of 80,000 bottles. This production will double in the next few years and the objective is to produce around fifteen wines.

The winery also has a bakery called "Le Fournil des Davids" which proposes a delicious range of breads, quiches and tarts, as well as other creations. It also proposes seasonal vegetables and some of our homemade products (tomato coulis, juices, jams, cordials, etc.)

The spirit of Les Davids is the pleasure of sharing a way of life. The nearby hamlets are ideal ports of call for those who want to prolong their discovery of the best of what this region has to offer: its authenticity.
