Program :
10:00 am : Meet you at the estate
Take a place in a private tasting room to learn about wine tasting before visiting the estate's cellar.
With the discovery of 5 cuvées, you will learn to understand your sensory perceptions to better analyse the wine, describe it and talk about it with the vocabulary of connoisseurs.
The workshop will continue with a commented cellar visit to discover all the secrets of winemaking and maturing.
Departure from the estate is scheduled at around 1.00 pm - 1.30 pm.
